Are you in competition with estate agents?
No. Estate agents sell properties on behalf of their clients; search agents find and buy properties on behalf of their clients.
Do estate agents find properties as well?
Many estate agents have, particulary over the last few year or so, opened up buying departments. Some have experienced problems through ‘conflict of interest’ between their buying and selling departments. Estate agents are, in the main, selling property not buying. Leeds Movers are 100 per cent devoted to buying.
Will your service be able to help with any negotiations and issues that may arise during the buying process as well as finding me a property?
Yes. Our service is very much focused on you, the client. We offer a ‘complete’ buying service. This begins with an initial meeting to understand and discuss your exact requirements. Once you have decided to retain us, we conduct a thorough search, identify suitable properties and then negotiate, on your behalf, the purchase of your chosen property. Our service does not end at exchange of contracts; it goes well beyond completion, if required. As part of our service, our clients receive a completely independent full survey on their chosen property. We can introduce you to numerous professional services including solicitors, architects and finance providers. We also have an extensive list of trusted tradespeople and professionals who can offer valuable after-purchase services.
